Our Booking Policy

To ensure a seamless and elevated experience for every guest, please review the following studio policies carefully prior to booking your appointment.

Book an Appointment

Age Requirement

  • All clients must be aged 18 or over. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
  • We do not provide treatments to anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.

Private Home Studio

  • Savage BeautyLuxe is a private home studio located in Salford Quays, Manchester. It is a residential address, not a commercial salon.
  • The full studio address is not publicly listed. It will be sent to you by email once your deposit has been received and your booking is confirmed.
  • Please arrive alone. Guests, children, and additional visitors are not permitted inside the studio.
  • Please be respectful of the space, arrive on time, and follow any instructions given by Abby.

Appointments

  • Services are available by appointment only.
  • Due to limited availability, advance booking is highly recommended.

Requirements

  • Clients must arrive without makeup or mascara. A £10 removal fee will be charged if makeup or mascara is present.
  • Lash removal is a separate service and costs £20.

Deposit & Refund Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required at the time of booking to secure your lash appointment. This will be applied toward your total service balance.
  • A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking for all brow procedures. This will be applied toward your total service balance.
  • Deposits are non-refundable from the moment of payment. No exceptions are made for cancellations, no-shows, or changes in personal circumstances.
  • In exceptional circumstances — such as a confirmed service fault or cancellation initiated by Savage BeautyLuxe — a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of the business.
  • Please do not send above the booking fee — deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) will result in full forfeiture of your deposit.
  • Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in full forfeiture of your deposit. No refund will be issued.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before your original appointment.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time to fully enjoy your experience.
  • Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes past your scheduled time may result in your appointment being cancelled, with deposit forfeited.
  • We cannot guarantee that late arrivals will receive a full service, as this may encroach on other clients' appointments.

Service Balance

  • Service balance will be paid upon arrival.
  • Payment is accepted in Cash only.

Contraindications & Health Disclosure

  • You must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or contraindications before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in treatment being declined, with no refund issued.
  • Treatments may not be suitable if you have: eye infections, styes, or conjunctivitis; blepharitis; recent eye surgery (within 6 months); chemotherapy or radiation treatment; severe allergies (particularly to cyanoacrylate-based adhesives or cosmetic pigments); alopecia or trichotillomania; or any active skin condition affecting the treatment area.
  • For brow treatments involving pigments (microblading, microshading): these may not be suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Please consult your GP if you are unsure.

Patch Test

  • A patch test is strongly recommended at least 24 hours before your first lash extension appointment.
  • If you have a known sensitivity to adhesives or cosmetic products, a patch test is mandatory before we can proceed with any treatment.
  • For semi-permanent brow treatments, a consultation and patch test may be required, particularly if you have sensitive skin, a history of allergic reactions, or have previously had brow work by another artist.
  • Please contact us to arrange a complimentary patch test before your appointment.

Aftercare

  • Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided after every treatment. It is your responsibility to follow all aftercare guidance.
  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect the longevity of your results and is not grounds for a refund or complimentary correction.

Treatment Duration

  • Brows: approximately 2–3 hours, depending on style and skin type.
  • Lashes: approximately 2–3 hours, depending on style selected.

Previously Done Brows

  • If your brows were previously done by another artist, please send a clear, unfiltered photo of your brows for assessment prior to booking.
  • This allows the appropriate service and pricing to be confirmed for you.

In Case of Shedding

  • Some natural shedding of lash extensions is normal and expected as part of your natural lash growth cycle. This is not a service defect.
  • If you experience excessive shedding, please report it within 3 days of your appointment to be eligible for a complimentary fix.
  • Reports made after 3 days will not qualify for the complimentary correction.
