Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking a service or using this website.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Savage BeautyLuxe website and the purchase or booking of any services offered. By accessing this website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Savage BeautyLuxe is a private, home-based beauty studio based in Salford Quays, Manchester, United Kingdom.

2. Services

All services offered by Savage BeautyLuxe are as described on this website. Service descriptions, prices, and durations are subject to change without prior notice. The most current information will always be reflected on this website.

Prices displayed are in British Pounds Sterling (£). All services are subject to a non-refundable deposit to confirm the appointment.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

All clients must be aged 18 or over to book and receive any treatment at Savage BeautyLuxe. By completing a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

We do not provide treatments to anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made, regardless of parental or guardian consent.

4. Bookings & Deposits

All bookings require a deposit to be paid at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be deducted from your total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable from the moment of payment. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including changes in personal circumstances.

Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) will result in the full forfeiture of your deposit with no exception.

Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in the full forfeiture of your deposit. No refund will be issued for missed appointments.

Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time may result in your appointment being cancelled. In this event, the deposit is forfeited and no refund will be issued.

To reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done at least 48 hours before your original appointment.

6. Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable from the moment of payment. This is clearly stated at the time of booking and forms a condition of your appointment.

In exceptional circumstances — such as a confirmed service fault, a system error affecting your booking, or cancellation initiated by Savage BeautyLuxe — a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of the business. Any such refund will be processed to the original payment method used.

Refunds are not available for: no-shows, late arrivals, late cancellations, changes in personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with results where aftercare was not followed, or failure to disclose contraindications.

7. Studio Address & Privacy

Savage BeautyLuxe operates from a private, home-based studio in Salford Quays, Manchester. For the safety and privacy of our studio, the full address is only disclosed after a booking has been confirmed and a deposit received.

Clients must arrive alone. The studio does not accommodate additional guests or children during appointments.

8. Health, Safety & Contraindications

It is your responsibility to inform us of any known allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or contraindications prior to your appointment. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in a treatment being declined for your safety, with no refund issued.

Treatments may not be suitable if you have or are experiencing any of the following: eye infections or styes, conjunctivitis, blepharitis, recent eye surgery (within 6 months), chemotherapy or radiation treatment, severe allergies (particularly to cyanoacrylate-based adhesives or cosmetic pigments), pregnancy or breastfeeding (for brow treatments involving pigments), alopecia, trichotillomania, or any skin condition affecting the treatment area.

A patch test is strongly recommended at least 24 hours before your first lash extension appointment. If you have a known sensitivity to adhesives, a patch test is mandatory. Please contact us to arrange one.

For semi-permanent brow treatments (microblading, microshading), a consultation and patch test may be required before your appointment. This is particularly important if you have sensitive skin, a history of allergic reactions, or have previously had brow work by another artist.

All treatments are carried out using premium-grade, professional products in compliance with UK hygiene and safety standards.

Savage BeautyLuxe reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service at any time if, in our professional judgement, it would be unsafe to proceed. In such cases, a partial or full refund of the deposit may be offered at our discretion.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Savage BeautyLuxe reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any client who: arrives intoxicated or under the influence of substances, behaves in an aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful manner, fails to disclose relevant health information, does not comply with studio instructions, or whose condition makes treatment unsafe in our professional judgement.

In any such case, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.

10. Aftercare & Results

Aftercare instructions are provided at each appointment and are available on our website. It is your responsibility to follow all aftercare guidance. Failure to do so may affect the longevity and quality of your results.

Individual results may vary. Lash and brow treatments are influenced by factors including natural lash/brow condition, skin type, lifestyle, hormonal changes, and adherence to aftercare instructions. We do not guarantee specific results.

11. Shedding & Complaints

Some natural shedding of lash extensions is normal and expected as part of your natural lash growth cycle. This is not a service defect.

If you experience excessive shedding or have concerns about your treatment, you must report this within 3 days of your appointment. Reports made after 3 days may not be eligible for a complimentary review or adjustment.

All complaints are taken seriously and will be investigated. However, we are not liable for results affected by failure to follow aftercare instructions, exposure to water/steam/oil within the advised timeframe, or pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of booking.

12. Force Majeure

Savage BeautyLuxe shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: illness of the technician, severe weather, government restrictions, utility failures, or other unforeseen events.

In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment at the earliest available date. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit or refund of your deposit may be offered at our discretion.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, graphics, and branding — is the property of Savage BeautyLuxe and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

Savage BeautyLuxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific treatment.

We take every precaution to deliver safe, professional treatments, but we cannot guarantee specific results, as individual outcomes vary.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of this website or our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
